I test rode a 2017 BMW F800 GS, a Honda Africa Twin, an FTR 1200, a Scrambler 1200 XE, and sat on a Ducati Desert Sled (Dealer could not allow test ride). There is a new part number for the 2021 (and assuming onward) rev counter. The previous models part number (62118564506) will install, however the engine temperature does not display. For the 2021 model, locate and order part number 62111691265. BMW’s technical data say the Scrambler weighs about 485 pounds (220 kg) fully fueled.
